Clarity and Confidence for Developing Leaders Program
Because equipping tomorrow’s leaders starts today…
We believe you don’t have to have a fancy title or corner office to lead others. Since 2002, Trebuchet Group has worked with hundreds of individuals to provide confidence and clarity for leaders and their teams. While our sweet spot has been working with executives and individuals in C-Suite positions, we know the world of work is changing.
Boomers are transitioning out of companies. Founders are retiring. Gaps are opening as companies change structures, leadership, and direction. We’re hosting this self-development program because these gaps provide opportunity for willing individuals and we want a new generation of leaders to feel confident as they prepare for what comes next.
If you manage results, direct programs, or aspire to be in the C-Suite someday, we invite you to apply to be part of our journey equipping leaders to achieve great things together.
We believe it’s never too early to start shaping your leadership journey so you will be ready to lead when organizations change, shift and grow.
This is a special opportunity to be a part of a unique program designed to increase your self-awareness, equip you with new tools, and build a foundation for you as you work and lead people across all levels of your organization. You will interact directly with Trebuchet Group staff and advisors and have the chance to ask questions and practice with Author and CEO Chris Hutchinson.
Due to popular demand, we are running two cohorts in the fall. Each group will have no more than ten up and coming leaders.
Apply by the early bird deadline - or bring a friend - to get the best pricing (see below for details).
